Return and Refund Policy
GENERAL:

By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

In the event that the purchased product becomes impossible to sell, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from the time they become aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product will cease.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

If unforeseen force majeure events occur, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days if the payment was made in cash. If the payment was made by credit card and the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the product before accepting it; products that are damaged, such as those with dents, cracks, or torn packaging, should not be accepted from the courier company. It will be considered that the product is undamaged and intact once it has been accepted. The buyer must take care to preserve the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned along with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date to themselves or the person/institution they have designated, without any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason. This must be communicated to the seller through the contact details below.

To use the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period and the product must not have been used as specified in the “Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used” section of this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The return form and the product to be returned must be delivered in their original box, packaging, and, if applicable, with all standard accessories, intact and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller is obliged to return the total amount and documents binding the buyer within 10 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The seller must also take back the product within 20 days.

If the product is reduced in value due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is responsible for compensating the seller for the damages in proportion to the fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or damages resulting from proper use of the product within the right of withdrawal period.

If the withdrawal causes the campaign’s minimum limit to be reduced, any discount received under the campaign will be canceled.
